How a made-to-order stand gets to you, and what we do if it arrives damaged.
What happens next
- You get an email confirmation once your payment clears.
- We print and ship within 10 business days for standard Singapore delivery, or within 5 business days if you choose urgent. The delivery time starts when you pay, if the design is already customised. If you choose Buy first, customise later, it starts once your design and links are complete. Overseas delivery times depend on the destination and courier. Contact us to confirm an arrival date.
- If a tile arrives faulty, we'll remake the faulty section free of charge, as long as you report it within 7 days of delivery. The remake takes the same time as the original order.

Delivery options
Standard. Singapore delivery within 10 business days.
Expedited in Singapore, plus S$30. Singapore delivery within 5 business days.

These dates are for Singapore delivery. Overseas arrival dates depend on the destination and courier. Orders placed after 12pm start counting the next business day.
Do you ship outside Singapore?
Yes. We ship overseas. You'll see prices in SGD, MYR, EUR, GBP, HKD, AUD or PHP, and your card is charged in Singapore dollars. Choose your delivery country at checkout. Shipping somewhere without an online rate? Message us for a delivery quote before you pay.
Delivery fees
For a Singapore address, delivery is free from S$24. Otherwise it is S$3.
Other countries use their own fee, shown when you choose a delivery country at checkout.
If it arrives faulty
If a tile arrives faulty, we'll remake the faulty section free of charge, as long as you report it within 7 days of delivery. The remake takes the same time as the original order.
Tell us on WhatsApp. Send a photo or short video, and the name or email on the order so we can find it.
Cancellation and refunds
You pay the full amount at checkout. You can ask for a full refund until production starts, and after production starts if you ask within 3 days of payment.
