Tap To Connect is a product line by Allin Studio, based in Singapore. We build customised NFC stands and displays for small businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
When you submit an order or enquiry form on our website, we may collect the following:
We do not require you to create an account. All data is collected through our order and enquiry forms only.
We use the information you provide to:
We will not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have given us separate, explicit consent to do so. Where you have given that consent — for example by ticking the marketing box at checkout — we may also use your email address and phone number to show you our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), as described under Advertising and remarketing below. You can withdraw this consent at any time using the contact details at the end of this page.
Your data is stored using the following services:
Both services maintain their own security practices and data protection measures. We select providers that take data security seriously, but we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies for full details.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, time spent on site, and general location (country or city level). This helps us improve our website and product offerings.
Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser to distinguish unique visitors.
We also use the Meta Pixel on our website. The Pixel records actions such as viewing a product, customising a stand, adding one to your cart and completing a purchase, and reports them to Meta so we can measure whether our ads are working. Some of these same events are also sent to Meta directly from our servers through the Meta Conversions API, which improves accuracy when a browser blocks the Pixel. These events include technical identifiers such as your IP address, browser user agent and Meta browser cookies, and — for a completed purchase — a securely hashed (irreversible) form of your email address and phone number.
We use the TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API in the same way: the same website actions are reported to TikTok so we can measure and improve our TikTok ads, with the same technical identifiers and, for a completed purchase, the same securely hashed form of your email address and phone number.
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and on TikTok. To make those ads more relevant and less wasteful, we use the following:
You can control how your data is used for advertising at any time:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Your information is shared only with the service providers listed above (Vercel, Notion, HitPay, Resend and Telegram) for the purposes of operating our business and fulfilling your orders, with Google, Meta and TikTok for the analytics and advertising purposes described above, and with delivery couriers where your address is needed to ship your order.
We retain your personal data for as long as it is needed to fulfil your order and handle any follow-up support. After that, we keep records for a reasonable period to comply with any legal or accounting obligations.
If you would like us to delete your personal data, please contact us using the details below. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
