These terms govern your use of the Tap To Connect website and your purchase of products from Allin Studio, a business based in Singapore. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Tap To Connect products (including Tap Bar, Tap Base, and Tap Board) are customised NFC stands and displays made to order. They are not off-the-shelf items. Each product is configured, branded, and tested to your specifications before shipping.
Because every product is made to your requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
All prices on our website are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any price quoted to you in a confirmed order will be honoured.
Custom additions such as custom QR codes or custom icons may incur additional charges, as indicated on each product page.
Placing an enquiry or submitting a form on our website does not constitute a confirmed order. The order process works as follows:
Your order is only confirmed once you have approved the mockup and completed payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We currently deliver within Singapore only. Delivery timelines will be communicated to you after your order is confirmed. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to production or logistics factors beyond our control.
When you upload logos, images, or design files to our website, those materials remain your property. You confirm that you have the right to use any materials you upload and that they do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property.
The Tap To Connect product designs, website content, branding, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Allin Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.
By uploading your materials, you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of producing your order. We will not use your logos or branding for any other purpose without your consent.
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Allin Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
