All Android phones and iPhones 11 and newer can tap to open your link — that covers the vast majority of smartphones in use today.

It should work easily. iPhones take a brief moment to detect as a security measure — just hold the top of the phone steady on the tile for a second. For Android, make sure NFC is enabled in the phone's settings.

Yes. Download the free NFC Tools app, tap the tile to your phone, and update the link in seconds.

No. The NFC tag is passive — it draws power from the phone tapping it. Nothing to charge, nothing to replace.

Your link can always be updated via NFC Tools. If you need a new colour, icon, or design, just order a fresh Tap Tile.
