Questions

All Android phones and iPhones 11 and newer can tap to open your links — that covers the vast majority of smartphones in use today. (Snapping the card onto a phone uses MagSafe, which is iPhone 12 and later, or any phone with a MagSafe case.)
It should work easily. iPhones take a brief moment to detect as a security measure — just hold the top of the phone steady on the icon for a second. For Android, make sure NFC is enabled in the phone's settings.
No. The four corner tags are spaced far enough apart that your phone only reads the one you tap — there's no interference between them.
No problem — add our free MagSafe sticker at checkout and stick it onto your phone (or any surface) to make it work with your Tap Snap.
No account, no software, no setup wizard. Your Tap Snap works right out of the box — every icon is pre-loaded with your link before it ships.
Yes. Download the free NFC Tools app, tap any icon to your phone, and update the link in seconds.
No. The NFC tags are passive — they draw power from the phone tapping them. Nothing to charge, nothing to replace.
Yes. For an additional S$35 we'll match a custom colour to your brand — this makes it a custom order, confirmed with you before production. Standard palette colours are at no extra cost.
Your links can always be updated via NFC Tools. If you need new colours, icons, or a new printed design, just order a fresh Tap Snap.
Standard delivery is within 10 business days from order confirmation. Need it faster? For an additional S$30 we can deliver within 5 business days — just order by 12pm to qualify.
