Tap Board 2

Extra tiles are separate, additional tiles in the colours you've chosen above — give each its own icon and link. They don't change the stand: your Tap Board 2 keeps its 2 tile slots, and you swap tiles in and out whenever you like.

Good questions. Honest answers.

No account, no software, no setup wizard. Your NFC Tap Stands work right out of the box. Everything is pre-loaded before it ships to you.
Yes. Download the free NFC Tools app, tap any tile to your phone, and update the link in seconds. Watch the tutorial →
Place your order and tell us: the product you'd like, the links you want on each tile, your colour preferences for different parts, and any custom prints, like a QR code on a tile, back printing, or a colour we don't have listed. We handle the rest.
All Android phones and iPhones 11 and newer. That covers the vast majority of smartphones in use today.
It should work easily. iPhones take a brief moment to detect as a security measure. Just hold the top of the phone steady on the tile for a second. For Android, make sure NFC is enabled in the phone's settings.
Yes on both counts. NFC Tap Stands are made from 3D-printed plastics, and they can handle getting wet. Wipe them down without worry.
No. NFC tiles are passive. They draw power from the phone scanning them. Nothing to charge, nothing to replace.
Most products are customisable. The specific parts you can personalise (colours, icons, prints) are listed on each product card. If you have something specific in mind, just ask when you order.
Yes. For an additional S$35, I'll craft custom colours tailored to your brand. Otherwise, choose any colour from the standard palette at no extra cost.
Standard delivery is within 10 business days from order confirmation. Need it faster? For an additional S$30, we can deliver within 5 business days — just order by 12pm to qualify.
Subject to availability. Reach out to us and we'll let you know what's possible for your location.
A digital proof will be sent for your approval before we go into production. Nothing gets made until you sign off.
Links can always be updated via NFC Tools. If you need new branding on the physical tiles (new name, new colours, new prints), you'll need to order fresh ones.
Coming soon. We're working on a dashboard so you can track tap activity and see what's working.
