Traditional manufacturing forces a painful trade-off: produce thousands of identical units in a single location, or don't produce at all. That model wastes material, locks up capital in unsold stock, and shuts out anyone who doesn't have a factory floor. We think there's a better way.

A home-based
micro-production unit

Each node runs on a 3D printer at home. You learn to print, assemble, programme NFC chips, apply branding, and pack finished products for courier pickup.

For partners in compassionate circumstances, like full-time caregivers or folks locked out of traditional income, we provide the printer, materials, and consumables so you can start without upfront cost and build toward a steadier income.

Over time, you progress through the Node Maker Programme: a monthly learning track that builds your skills toward owning your printer outright and creating your own product line.

What makes this possible

🎨

Mass Customisation

Every product can be different without retooling. A cafe gets a tap bar with their logo. A bakery gets a tap board in their brand colours. A run of one is just as efficient as a run of fifty.

For you: You are crafting unique products for real businesses, not stamping out commodities.
🌐

Decentralised Production

Instead of one factory producing everything, Studio Nodes distribute production across homes. This shortens delivery distances, reduces single points of failure, and creates flexible work.

For you: You produce where you live. No commute, no shift roster, no factory floor.

On-Demand Manufacturing

Nothing is printed until it is ordered. No warehouse of unsold stock. No bulk purchase of materials sitting unused. When an order comes in, your printer starts. When the product is packed, you are paid.

For you: You are never sitting on inventory. Income is tied to real demand, not forecasts.
♻️

Sustainability

We use recycled PETG filament made from post-consumer plastic. PETG is more durable than PLA, so products last longer. On-demand production eliminates overstock waste. Decentralised nodes cut freight miles.

For you: Every product you make has a genuine environmental story.

From onboarding to production

Step 01

Get onboarded

Tell us about yourself through the interest form, then come in for a small, in-person session covering the basics of 3D printing, product assembly, NFC programming, and packing. Five people max, so everyone gets real attention.

Step 02

Print, Assemble, Ship

Print products as orders come in, assemble and apply branding, programme the NFC chips, and pack everything ready for courier pickup. Some partners pitch in on design work too as they grow.

Step 03

Grow

Join the Node Maker Programme. Each month, learn a new skill. Over time, work toward owning your printer and developing your own product ideas.

Who This Is For

You might be a caregiver looking for income that works around your schedule, someone between roles who wants to build a tangible skill, or someone who likes making things with their hands and wants to turn that into a real side income. No prior experience with 3D printing needed. You'll bring your own 3D printer (an enclosed Bambu Lab is ideal), and we'll handle materials and training. If you're a full-time caregiver or staying home for compassionate reasons, we'll work with you to provide the printer too, so you can access a steadier income.

Everything you need to start

🖨️

Equipment

Filament, consumables, and NFC chips on us. You bring your own 3D printer (Bambu Lab P2S with AMS 2 Pro recommended, around S$1,000). We'll consider providing one on a case-by-case basis.

🎓

Training

Hands-on onboarding covering printing, assembly, quality control, and packing. You learn by doing.

💰

Income

20–30% commission per product fulfilled, ramping up to 30 or more units per month as your skills grow.

Studio Nodes,
your questions answered.

Two things, really. First, it's the production network behind Allin Studio’s Tap range. Partners 3D-print and fulfil orders from home, on their own time, and get paid per unit. Second (still early), we’re exploring a platform where anyone with a 3D printer can list 3D-printed goods for sale, and customers can buy directly. More on that as it takes shape.
Absolutely. Honestly, this is the partner profile we’re looking for most. Best case: you already own an enclosed Bambu Lab printer. Drop your model on the application form and we’ll confirm compatibility.
Yes. The exact rate is still being finalised. We’ll share specifics during onboarding.
Most of the time, yes. Allin Studio assesses the need to provide a printer case by case, usually for compassionate reasons. The example we use a lot is a stay-at-home parent caring for a child with special needs who’s locked out of traditional income paths. That’s when we step in. Otherwise, partners buy their own. Our recommended printer is the Bambu Lab P2S with the AMS 2 Pro, just over S$1,000 (about US$800).
It’s a free loan. The company keeps ownership of the printer and all consumables at all times. At launch we’re only placing company-owned printers in selected partner homes. Down the line, we may roll out payment plans where partners can work toward owning the printer through fulfilment, but that’s not on the table yet.
Effectively none on the printer side. If we placed a company-owned printer with you, it goes back to us and you’ve owed us nothing. If you bought your own, you still have the printer, plus a healthy market of things to print and sell to recoup the cost.
If you bought your own printer, it’s your machine. Use it however you like. If Allin Studio supplied the printer, yes, you can use it for personal projects too, but the machine remains company property.
Depends on your track. If you’re joining as a Studio Node partner, there’s no fee. You’ll come in for an onboarding session where we’ll show you how to make the products. If you’re here just to learn about 3D printing, there’s a small workshop fee. We deliberately keep it low. It’s in our interest to encourage 3D printing enthusiasts and to give you a bit of skin in the game.
Around 2 hours, run as a teaser format. Slots are usually mid-day, evenings, or weekend mornings. We hold it in central Singapore, somewhere between Outram Park and River Valley.
Yes, we start from the basics. No experience required, just curiosity. No pre-read either.
No.
Case by case. We’ll make exceptions where it makes sense. The only ask is that everyone who attends is genuinely keen to participate actively.
Yes. You’ll get a manual covering how to make the products, plus operating and maintaining the printer. Easy to refer back to at home.
Yes. We run a private group for active partners, and you’ll have a direct line to me on WhatsApp.
A power outlet, some ventilation, a reasonably stable temperature, and Wi-Fi. Bomb shelters are completely fine as long as Wi-Fi reaches and you can air it out from time to time.
Yes, but on a different model. Overseas partners typically operate as principals for their location on a revenue-sharing basis, helping us sell our products in that market.
Default is in-person so you can feel the product properly. For overseas applicants, we’ll consider online onboarding on a strict case-by-case basis.
None to start. Many of our partners began exactly there. The workshop is built for beginners.
Yes, we encourage AI-assisted CAD. Studio Node partners don’t design products under the Tap range directly, but if you’re keen on designing, keep practising. There’s a real shot at us launching products together under the same brand, or me helping you go to market for your own designs.
Fully flexible. There’s no floor at all if you’re using your own printer. If we place a company printer at your home, we ask for roughly 30 products per month on average.
Reach out to me directly and let’s chat. Happy to talk about contributing to designs or proposing new product ideas.
